The November Research Group WebTools™ augment the native Oracle® AERS functions. The WebTools are deployed from the AERS Home Page.

Lab Test Reorder Utility • The Lab Test Reorder Utility allows users to quickly and easily reorder lab test data within a case. Users can choose a default order such as Date/Test or Test/Date, or manually order the tests.

Case Unlock Utility • The Case Unlock Utility allows administrators to unlock a case through a simple, web-based user interface rather than relying on SQL*Plus-based scripts.

MedDRA Impact Analysis Utilities • The MedDRA Impact Analysis Utilities provid a set of views and reports that allow companies to review the impact of a pending MedDRA upversion. Views include newly non-current terms, changes in MedDRA hierarchy, and an evaluation of manually coded terms against newly introduced LLT and PTs.
