Automated Follow-Up Request Form

The November Research Group Automated Follow-Up Request Form is a web-based tool to generate and send follow-up requests to reporters. The tool generates a cover letter and a case report form with missing data elements highlighted as a PDF file, which can then be attached to the case, emailed, and/or faxed to the report.
