Flash/Web Developers (3-4 positions)

We are looking for strong web developers familiar with the challenges of developing Rich Interactive Applications that are database transaction intensive. Our current platform is Adobe Flex (now known as Flash Developer), but are looking to migrate to pure HTML solutions (HTML5/AJAX, etc.).

1. Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in Flash or HTML Programming, with specific background in transaction processing systems
2. Advanced skills in Action Script 2.0 & 3.0, Flash Classes and XML Parsing.
3. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and exposure to interface flash with XML.
4. Ability to create custom frameworks, components, reusable objects
5. Understanding of client-side programming and other programming languages
6. Follow Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) based style.
7. Industry experience in SQL and Relational Database, working knowledge in at least one major RDBMS vendor (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL), Oracle preferred
