Seth Warhaftig - President and CEO
Seth Warhaftig brings to November Research Group more than 12 years of experience providing software solutions and services in the life science industry. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the drug development process, specifically in the areas of safety and pharmaco- vigilance, and clinical development and data management. His experience includes strategic planning, business process optimization, global regulatory compliance, custom system design and development, and system implementation and integration.
Prior to founding November Research Group, Seth was employed as a Safety and Clinical Solution Specialist for Oracle Corporation, the Executive Director of Worldwide Business Development for NetForce, Inc., and a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP. Seth also held the positions of Director of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Consulting Services for NetForce, leading a 20 person services group, and Oracle Clinical Development Manager for Oracle Corporation.
Brad Gallien - Vice President
Brad Gallien brings to November Research Group more than 20 years of experience in clinical research and development, both within industry and as a software and services provider. He has an overall view of the entire product lifecycle, with specific expertise in clinical data management and pharmacovigilance. His experience includes strategic planning, business process optimization, global regulatory compliance, custom system design and development, and system implementation and integration.
Prior to joining November Research Group in October 2005, Brad was employed as the Director of Life Sciences Industry Strategy at Oracle Corporation, the Vice President at NetForce, Inc., and a Manager of Software Systems Support at Syntex. Mr. Gallien also held the positions of Director of Product Management for Oracle AERS for Oracle and various positions in clinical data management and biostatistics at Syntex.
Susan Jalbert - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ms. Jalbert has more than 20 years of successful experience in sales, marketing and management in the clinical software industry. Her expertise spans the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and CRO industries in multi-functional capacities. As a pioneer in web-based technology solutions for Drug Safety, Clinical and Electronic Data Capture solutions, Ms. Jalbert has held senior positions at Medidata Solutions, Relsys International, and Domain Pharma-Phase Forward (both now Oracle). Throughout her career, Ms. Jalbert has earned numerous professional awards and has led her sales teams to achieve market prominence in the Drug Safety and Electronic Data Capture industries. Ms. Jalbert is a graduate, with dual degrees in Science, from the University of Vermont.
Alan Summer - Vice President
Alan Summer brings to November Research Group more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, which has provided him with experience in all phases of the full-development cycle. Alan's strong management and technical background provide him with the knowledge and skills required to consistently deliver successful solutions on many platforms. For the past twelve years, his focus has been on delivering solutions for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. His expertise includes project management, user requirement gathering, business process re-engineering, application configuration, training, and legacy data conversion. Alan has managed multiple AERS and Argus global implementations.
Prior to joining November Research Group, Alan co-founded LSWorks, which assisted companies with their Pharmacovigilance needs. Before LSWorks, he was employed by Oracle Corporation as a Senior Principal Consultant where he managed and implemented numerous AERS projects. He also managed several ARISg implementations as a Senior Technical Consultant at First Consulting Group (FCG) and was employed by AT&T as a Senior Developer for a Global Call Center system
Chris Jabbal - Vice President, Services
Chris Jabbal brings over 25 years of Information Technology and consulting leadership experience to November Research Group. This experience includes leading large global consulting teams with Argus and drug safety expertise and Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles. He has a comprehensive perspective and capability to lead large, complex and global technology initiatives within the pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance domains.
Prior to joining November Research Group in April 2010, Chris was the Senior Practice Director for the Argus practice for Oracle, prior to which, he was the Chief Services Officer leading the global consulting team at Relsys International. Chris held various executive level roles including CIO over his career.
Raul Inchausti - Vice President
Raul Inchausti brings to November Research Group over 20 years of experience providing software solutions and services. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the R&D development process, specifically in the areas of safety and pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs. His experience includes strategic planning, project management, business process reengineering, and system implementation and integration. Raul has managed/participated in over 8 AERS implementations, Custom Safety System development and administration including the first ever E2B Submission to the EMEA as well as ARISg implementation/migrations.
Prior to November Research Group, Raul was co-founder of LSWorks, which assisted companies with their Pharmacovigilance needs. Prior to LSWorks he was employed by Oracle Corporation as a Senior Principal Consultant, Associate director Global Pharmacovigilance at BMS, Internal Consultant for Pfizer/Warner Lambert in support of the Medical and Regulatory department, Senior Information Analyst Electronic Data Systems supporting Billing and Collections systems for AT&T New Jersey, Telefonica SPAIN, and CANTV Venezuela.
Patrick Bagley - Vice President
Patrick Bagley has played a role in completing every major Oracle AERS (Adverse Event Reporting System) implementation to date. His expertise includes user requirement gathering, business process reengineering, application configuration, training, and legacy data conversion.
Prior to joining November Research Group, Patrick spent seven years in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry followed by six years in safety application development and implementation. His former companies include Oracle Corporation, where he performed Oracle AERS implementations and trained Oracle AERS consultants, NetForce, Inc., and Xoma Corporation.
Aston Ying - Director
Aston Ying has played a role in completing over 20 major Oracle AERS (Adverse Event Reporting System) implementations to date. His expertise includes user requirement gathering, business process reengineering, application configuration, training, and system implementation and integration.
Aston brings to November Research Group six years of experience in Information Technology and 5 years in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry. Prior to joining November Research Group, he was a Senior Consultant at both BioPharm Systems and Oracle Corporation, and a Consultant at NetForce, Inc.
