Oracle AERS Implementation

November Research Group offers support for Oracle AERS implementation and upgrade projects.  We provide high-level project oversight, detailed project management, subject matter expertise, configuration, data migration, validation and testing, training and documentation.

We have extensive experience in helping companies maximize the value of their investments in Oracle AERS from implementation to retirement.  We will work with you to:

  • Monitor changing global pharmacovigilance regulations to ensure you remain in compliance
  • Stay current with patches released from Oracle
  • Perform periodic reviews of your Oracle AERS technology stack and configuration, to confirm it supports your existing and projected volume requirements and remains aligned with current business processes
  • Carry out regular maintenance and system monitoring, perform solid technical support and  develop a testable disaster recovery plan to ensure AERS can be relied upon to perform at an optimal level
  • Conduct ongoing training to ensure users and administrators are taking advantage of all available system functionality

In addition, November Research will provide commercially available or custom software that compliments and extends the functionality of Oracle AERS.

Our team can also assist companies in understanding the deployment options (standard software purchase, outside hosting, CRO services, etc.) for their software applications.

We can develop a total cost of ownership (TCO) model for each system and for each deployment option to allow companies to properly evaluate each solution based on their financial, technical and safety related goals.
